some people don’t deserve clarity in the form of words. sometimes your actions will tell them exactly what they need to know.

sometimes people stay, physically but not emotionally. and sometimes people leave, emotionally but not physically.

Study yourself. Find the patterns you can enhance and the ones you can grow out of... Adopting productive habits begins with self awareness.

It’s okay to be unsure for a moment, or season... that doesn’t automatically mean you’re off course. Growth can be a quirky process at times. Be kind to yourself along your journey.

Life is going to challenge you. The goal is to be experienced and versatile enough not to be phased by temporary discomfort. You can become well rounded, resilient, and skilled enough to balance your journey out.

Maybe the resistance you feel stopping you is really just a lack of desire to do what’s necessary. Adjust your mindset and perception of growth. You don’t have to hold back, don’t let fallacies stop you from flourishing.
