So you want to renovate? Start planning 3-6 months before you want to start construction. Especially now, with all materials having longer lead times, and trade lead times longer. the sooner you start planning and designing the better your project will come together.

I get a lot of questions about this space. Mostly about the black walls, ceiling and floor. Its true, its a cozy space like a warm hug. When @ironsalonyeg and I were planning the space. We talked a lot about feel, and how Stacey wanted people to feel when they came in; loved, safe, warm, cared for, and I think we achieved it. 2 years old and going strong.
