UPDATE Due to today’s announcement of our Zone moving to the red phase of recovery, I will have to close until further notice. I’ll be in touch with anyone who has appointments coming up. I’m currently still working through messages as well. In addition to this, I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and had only intended to work for a few more weeks/as long as physically able to. Because of this, I will be taking this closure day by day and hope that we are able to go back to th...e orange phase so I can get at least a few more people in before my belly is too big or baby makes his grand entrance into the world. I don’t intend to take a full year off. My hope is to work at least in a part time capacity after a few months. That of course will depend on a number of different factors. It’s hard to wrap my head around this announcement today. That being said, I would just like to say please support our local businesses as much as you possibly can. It’s an uncertain time for all small businesses. We all have different views and opinions on current events but just remember that everyone is going through something you may not be aware of. If anything, just be kind to one another.

It’s official! I can open...but not just yet! Please bare with me, as I’m waiting for some supplies before I can set a date to open. I will first be scheduling anyone who was booked during the time I was closed. From there, I have an ongoing list. If you’d like to be added to the list, please let me know! I can’t begin tell you how excited I am to get back to work. That being said, there will definitely be some changes. I will elaborate on that further when I update you with my opening date. I hope you’re all well and I can’t wait to see you!

Just wanted to give an update! It’s hard to say when I’ll get the okay to re-open but when I do I will be contacting everyone who had an appointment booked during this time. Those who had appointments will be given priority for booking. I can’t wait to get back to the shop and tattoo your pieces. I know this is a strange and difficult time but I hope you and your families are all home and safe. And for those essential workers, I would personally like to thank you. #horncastleisolation

After much deliberation and discussion with my husband and family, I have decided to close my shop until a different recommendation regarding social distancing is provided by Public Health. Unfortunately, my job does not allow for social distancing. I am very much in my clients personal space, as they are in mine. I don’t make this decision lightly but I do have severe asthma and I want to do my part to protect both myself and my clients. I will be contacting all of those with upcoming appointments individually. THE UPSIDE!? Sooo much time to work on your designs, getting caught up on all of your messages and perhaps doing some artwork just because. I hope you all keep yourselves safe and can find some upside in this uncertain time, as well.
