Leading by Example! The Hershaw Toastmasters March 30 meeting themed ‘Leading By Example’ was attended by over 30 members and guests including two participants of the How to Write a Speech Workshop. In addition to our workshop participants, we also had two Toastmasters visiting us for the first time from afar. David, an Area Director from New York, and Sabastian from England, both attended the meeting to see what Hershaw is all about. ... It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of Bill Hershaw at the age of 90. Behind every good woman, there's a good man and Bill was always there to support and encourage his wife, our club founder, Isabel Hershaw. Bill, we'll miss your dry humour and your laughter. A service/remembrance will be held in the future. Although Isabel would appreciate your words and thoughts, please allow her this time to be with her family.
