Dear congregants! Chief Rabbis of Israel are calling for a worldwide day of fasting and prayer tomorrow, Wednesday March 25th, to beseech Hashem to end this plague. The fast is a half day fast, but if one can fast all day that is praiseworthy. If one decides to take upon himself this fast, they have to take this upon themselves today at Mincha. In addition because this is considered a communal fast, one should insert the Tefila of Anenu in the Amida. Times for tomorrow's fast...: Fast begins 5:41 AM Midday 1:35 PM Sunset 7:50 PM It is encouraged to recite Tehilim and Selichot during the day tomorrow. Perakim of Tehilim that should be recited are chapters 20, 91, 120, 121, 130. May Hashem turn to our prayers and remove this sickness from the world, culminating with the coming of the Mashiach speedily in our days. Amen.
