We are witnessing and participating in a global phenomenon that is fascinating and surreal at the same time. A foreign invader is uniting the human racea virus... that doesn’t care about race, religion, nationality, age, education, income or social status. Its only goal is to survive, thrive and multiply. So to protect itself, the body does what it does best creates a battle field of fever, irritation & mucous in an attempt to eliminate the infection and return to a state of wellness. This event is a tragedy for those who have been inflicted, overwhelming for those on the front lines and exhausting for the support teams. It is not happening to us, it is happening because of us, making this a time of awareness, compassion, connection and being conscious of the present moment. The cocoon is preparing to open so the transformation can unfold.
