#sorrynotsorry I was making a motivational sign for my workout space started thinking about the new year, how we always tend to make resolutions that are either 1. completely extreme or 2. something we don’t like to do and that leads to us not sticking to them. Now I am all for making goals, and I mean realistic ones aka S.M.A.R.T ones ... But this year I’m saying F*** to resolutions and YES to making a lifestyle.....a healthy one. I’ve been a little more silent than usual and that’s because I have been working really hard on so many things From my current clients and working at my friends bakery, to revamping my own brand, my website, and creating more products to add to my site and my Etsy store (which will be added soon) I’m excited about my website launch. It’s simple yet really want to share what I truly do to help individuals and small businesses to help them grow... Reflection on 2020 I know everyone will be seeing these today and although I felt a little strange to share my reflection because for me 2020 has been a really big year of growth, mindset shifts, and happiness. And because I know this past year has been a struggle for so many including myself at first with my mental health and business, I have been hesitant to share. Hence why I have been a little more silent in my posting lately ... But I realize that just because I have had a really good year, shouldn’t mean that I can’t share it I think it’s more of a inspiration or at least I hope I can inspire at least one person to really take the time to reflect on where they are and how it is possible to completely pivot you life, the way you want it to. This past year has truly been a whirlwind, with of course ups and downs. It hasn’t been all rainbows and unicorns but that is life. But instead of focusing on the negativity I have chosen to evolve with the ever changing world and do things that I love and find a way to move with the world: This year has had: Some losses of family members that have shifted my perspective and truly value the time we have and how to make the most of it Financial growth. Honestly I have increased my income becasue I have started valuing my worth and shifted my business (it wasn’t easy though, it’s taken a lot of hard work) Better health. Focusing on what is healthy, adding better supplementation in my life, increasing my activity, my mental focus, and learning to enjoy and have balance, and focus on my goals as not an end but a lifestyle and a process. Better relationships with family and friends. Adapting to our situation and making them stronger. Learning more about each other and being supportive in more ways than before. Helping each other grow together even when apart Clarity. A clearer vision for where I see life. What matters the most. Appreciating the small things and working towards the big things. Realizing that I don’t need to travel (however I still love to and will when we can again because...well Cuba and Disney are necessary) to relax. That I don’t have to go far and relaxation is a state of mind

There is a difference between wanting to know it all and just learning and enjoying the journey You are not supposed to know it all, because if you do life wouldn’t be interesting. There would be no reason to want to wake up and seize the day I used to be that person who thought I had to know it all, that I didn’t have enough skills to truly do what I’m passionate about. But you know what??? ... F*** that!!! (Sorry not sorry) I am talented and I know that I can’t sit there and wait till I know everything, I need to focus on what I love, what I know now and then.... Have VISION, take ACTION, and go LEARN, and GROW with what this life has to offer Don’t waste your life being in a rush to figure it all out, you will end up wasting more time stressed and anxious than truly opening your eyes to see what’s around you Surprises = Joy So let things not always been known, just enjoy what life shared with you to experience
