We would like to apologize to our friends at Maple Ridge Community Foundation for an earlier post that stated, incorrectly, that we had received a grant of $1500.00 when in fact the amount was $11250.00. We once again would like to express our thanks to all of the community foundations that currently support our operations (be that homelessness outreach and advocacy or residential supportive recovery) in 5 separate municipalities; the City of Port Coquitlam, the City of Coquitlam, the City of Port Moody the City of Maple Ridge and the CityOf Mission!

Charities and NPO’s; A significant drop in donations has become a part of the pandemic’s collateral damage.

Every day our team is in the field making contact and advocating for the Tri-Cities most vulnerable populations. This is front line work at it's finest, requiring immense courage, tact and a great deal of patience. We can only hope that BC follows suit... "With addiction, it's kind of like there's a moment of clarity," she said. "And if you don't jump on that moment of clarity when that person decides they want help, that moment is gone."
