Hey all, Classes are cancelled tonight and tomorrow. I have some last minute adulting I have been pushing to the right for too long that needs done before I take off for the holidays. We will be having our classes Friday & Saturday. Also remember we have the virtual seminar this Saturday as well with Datu Tim.... After this Saturday there will be no classes as we close for the holidays. We start back up on Monday 28 Dec 20. If you have a key, feel free to use the space, even over the holidays. All Ya'll have been good with the space so I have no worries, if something does come up just shoot me a txt at 613-639-2831. Our kids do hardcore workouts! We do not have any openings in our kids class but feel free to get them to give this a shot! Congratulations to our Students Of The Month for September! Patrick has been training on average 6 days a week and started when he was only 3 years old! Seven years later he can take a beating, both figuratively and literally and he keeps on going. Tobias is another one of our hard chargers who ALWAYS shows up for class. Competitions will be Back! . We are all looking forward to getting back to the way life use to be before COVID. . Even though that future seems so distant we mu...st continue to plan and prepare. . The dedicated athletes are in the gym training and working on improvements. . Coaches and Instructors continue to be creative in club programming and keeping athletes motivated. . And WAKO Canada continues to dialogue with governments, explores new programs and courses to help clubs, and also prepares for the return of our highly popular events. . We are rounding out this year with three final ZOOM Level 1 Coaching Certification Courses. . October 18 November 7 November 29 . Our last two ZOOM Courses were full so register early for one of these three events. . The certification courses are open to instructors, athletes, parents and fans of our amazing sport! . The certification is also mandatory for all corner persons. With the Level 2 Course dates being finalized for 2021 competing Level 1 is important! .
