So, we had one final couple stay with us this season! Lynne & Don eloped on our back deck! She looked beautiful and he was very dapper. A beautiful service in a secluded forest setting. We wish them many happy years!! Congratulations!
Stage 2- Forming the Pond and prepping for felt liner and rubber inlay ,, also planting 18 Cedar Trees to start the landscaping. would like to give a BIG "Shout Out" to Paul and Christines Landscaping for their dedication to this Site to ensure it's completion in time for our HIDE-A-WAY HILLS Guests.

And another one... Bradley Parker recommends Hide A Way Hills. September 20 at 2:01 PM 11/10 the place was very well kept, Ray and Cheryl were incredibly friendly and attentive. we went up for the weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday and it did not disappoint. everything in the welcome basket was delicious, the complimentary bottle of wine was very good and they even had a really nice looking and even better tasting birthday cake waiting for her. My favourite part of the weekend was the outdoor shower, even though it was a little cold at night the water was hot and something about showering in the woods is so refreshing. can't wait to go back see you next time!
More happy guests Leann Bird recommends Hide A Way Hills. There is nothing that can describe what you are in for if you decide to partake in this adventure. From the fine dining and silk sheets to the all you can eat s'mores cart, this is one trip that I will never forget. Cheryl and Ray have not left one thing out with this. Trust me you will not be disappointed 7 days ago
Another happy guest
Another happy Honeymoon package !! Bonnie B Fri, Sep 04 Sun, Sep 06, 2020 HACA 5/5 Perfect post-wedding hideaway... Cheryl and Ray went above and beyond to accommodate And respond to our crazy requests in the weeks Leading up to our wedding. They allowed us to check in early, which was very much appreciated on our wedding day! The hideaway was an idyllic place to ‘come home’ to after our wedding dinner. The pathway lights were so welcoming, and the place looked so inviting. Cheryl and Ray were quick to supply a vase for my wedding bouquet, which I hadn’t thought to bring with me. The treats were perfect, and helped us not have to venture out too early. We also used them to invent our own s’mores recipe! Delicious. We enjoyed eating in the dining room very much. We were so appreciative of the thoughtful little touches added to ensure our comfort, and we enjoyed every minute. See more

Our amazing guest Carolyn is heading back to the US. We wish them all the best and hope to see them next year!
Our first "Honeymoon Package" seems to have gone well !! Wow. Where to even start. Hide-away-hills completely exceeded our expectations and we already can’t wait to go back! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by your amazing hosts Cheryl and Ray. Red or white? Dry or sweet? This was the first questions we were asked when we arrived, and I already knew we were in for an amazing weekend. This hidden little gem was the perfect little luxury, romantic, honeymoon getaway. The... pictures don’t even do it’s beauty justice !! Not to mention the hospitality provided by Cheryl and Ray was absolutely top notch!! The cabin is tucked away at the back of the owner’s property and is surrounded by trees creating the ultimate private oasis. Thank you for an awesome honeymoon weekend !! Mary Beth See more

Another great review: Amanda August 2020 You absolutely must visit this magical place! We had the best time and cannot wait to return. Cheryl and Ray are fantastic hosts and have created the most relaxing, private, calming atmosphere with many personal touches like the welcome basket, unlimited s’mores with their own recipe, and a fire lighting service if you need it. The space is so private and you would never know anyone else exists. Waking up in the glass wall bedroom was the BEST and it was the perfect space for an afternoon nap. We loved feeding their deer and rabbits and the stars at night were soooo beautiful. If you’re looking for a spot to reset, you’ve found it! We can not recommend this place enough. Thanks so much Cheryl and Ray!
Our latest review: Nadir August 2020 At the risk of this one-off place being overrun with visitors to the point we won't be able to get back in, we give Cheryl and Ray four thumbs up for an amazing experience. We were isolated yet in good hands nearby for our stay in the wilderness. Nature's slide show was awesome, especially during an electrical storm in the night. And there's no sensation like taking a shower under a bucket in the open air! Highly recommended for anyone nature friendly and looking for a nearby getaway.
HIDE-A-WAY HILLS is pleased to announce that on Sept 1st Tim Bolen and the CHCH Morning Live Team will be paying us a visit to check out Ontario's first "Real" European style Glamping Experience. Expected to Air Sept. 2nd, Check back for Updates !!
