Don't forget about our youth. With sports being canceled/ schools being shut down , friends being further away then before its important they have something to do. Undisputed would love to have your youth come in and hit a bag or do a workout- there are restrictions but there's a place here for them ! Please contact us if your youth wants to come try it out.

Did you know skipping is a super effective way to get in your cardio, increase footwork, condition legs , improve stamina and breathing. Try doing 3 min round - normal 20 sec normal 20 sec sprint - for 3min... Repeat each 3 x Holy shit!
