Your menstrual cycles provide so much information about your health and can help you live with more ease and flow when you understand what is happening with your physiology at different points of the month. Get outside every day to support your circadian rhythm, which can help with sleep, energy, mood! Plus it will help you get those steps in! Cultivate a compassionate mindset by noticing how you speak to yourself. Our ability to make sustained changes to our health is impacted by the thoughts we think. Start with 5-10 minutes a day of a guided meditation or breathwork practice!
