This is April’s High Fitness and High Low schedule, I was having a mild brain fart and thought we were back to 7 on Tuesday’s and we still have one month to go at 630. My apologies to whomever I gave wrong times to. Also to note there is no class this Saturday. See you guys tomorrow evening

I am hoping all is well I am still having difficulty trying to invite people to the High Fitness group. For those who have been attending classes I would love to stay connected during the lock down. If you follow this link it should take you to the private group if your interested in joining.

Good morning!! I hope everyone is well I have created a High Fitness group. And tried to send invites. However Facebook is not cooperating and won’t let me add many of you who currently follow this page. If you feel like joining the group please send me a request and I’ll add you. The purpose of the group is so that participants can post pictures ect in it. It’s a private group, so only those who are part of it can see what’s posted in there! I hope you are all safe and doing well! As soon as Central Plains Recplex can open the gymnasium we will be back sweating it out!

It was fun while it lasted!! Unfortunately classes will be on hold until the restrictions are lifted. For those of you who have a punch card, no worries, It doesn’t expire! I am going to stay optimistic that we will see each other sooner than later! In the mean time I hope you all stay safe and stay healthy
