The popular Boisdale Pancake Breakfast is on! Sunday, May 31 from 9-12 at the Boisdale Community Hall. Adults $7, children $4.... Pancakes, sausages, maple baked beans, biscuits, tea and coffee. Proceeds support the Boisdale Ways and Means committee. And you can stock up on Highland Gold syrup in sizes ranging from 250ml to 2 litres. See you there!!!!!

But on the bright side, we have syrup now! Delivered a batch to Ann and Patrick at the CB Farmer's Market over the weekend - they sell our syrup at their booth - you'll see them as soon as you enter the main door at the Market.

Yes, it has been a challenging season - this is yesterday - nearly the end of April, and still a metre of snow in the woods!

But the sap is still slow to arrive - part of the reason is this - lines buried under snow - the sap is frozen solid in there!
