One of Victoria Park Cricket Club's founding pillars and a massive supporter of cricket and its development in Canada, Mr. Richard Ramlal, has passed away. He was a man who dedicated time from his life to better cricket in the Scarborough area. He was a fatherly figure to his club members and a role model to many. Without his dedication, Victoria Park CC and Scarborough Cricket wouldn't be where it is, and we wouldn't have all these talented cricketers. Our condolences to his family and friends, May his soul rest in peace.
