Highland Foundry was proud to have contributed on this Hebron Project by supplying the Water Ballast Pump castings. Consisting of 2 Vertical Pump Sets, Bowls, Impellers and Suction Bells all in ASTM A890 Grade 5A Super Duplex Highland has been on the Qualified Supplier List for EMDC (ExxonMobil) for Duplex and Super Duplex Castings since 2002.

Highland Foundry Ltd. was first in the world to hold a casting license from Sandvik for SAF2906 for agitator propeller castings used in a Chlor- Alkali environment. We have signed our newest license agreement with Sandvik for SAF2707HD (Hyper Duplex). Highland Foundry Ltd. is currently in R&D for castability of this material which is currently only available in a wrought, thin walled tube form.

Impellers, Bowls or Valve Castings- Highland is a custom jobbing foundry, set ups for 1 off or production orders.

Highland's new 'Machining Workcell" to automate the inhouse machining of destructive test pieces for tensile, charpy, micro and corrosion specimens.
