Last week members of our team came together to Hike for Hospice for the 2020 Home Edition. Together we surpassed our fundraising goal of $2000! It was a beautiful day for a walk around the Hill House Hospice neighbourhood. #virtualwalk4hillhousehospice

Evergreen's Bridges of Hope program is an open support group for adults who have lost a loved one. We aim to provide a safe environment for bereaved adults to e...xpress themselves in the company of others who understand their grief. We are currently offering this support group online via Zoom and would like to extend an invitation to anyone looking for bereavement support. The next meeting is on July 5th, Sunday, at 1:30pm.
