Happy Canada Day everyone! All of us at Highlands Summer Festival hope you are enjoying summer as we navigate our way through these interesting times. With the help of Leisa Way and her Lonely Hearts Club Band, one of the acts we planned to present this summer, we have this taste of good old Canadian Rock n Roll from her Canada 150 tour. Leisa and her band is already booked for the 2021 season (because there will be a theatre season next year!) with her show, Across The Pond, the British invasion. Highlands Summer Festival cancels 2020 season As a result of the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, Highlands Summer Festival has reluctantly cancelled its 2020 season. The decision was taken after much deliberation and consideration of the options available to us, President of the board of directors, Brian Kipping stated.
