Fabulous vegan food!: Vegan sneaky wings, nachos and a Buhdda bowl. Yum!

Within the past 24 hours I was given the news that the Loblaw, Superstore and Zehr’s community cooking schools have closed. I will miss all the friendships I have developed over the years. Hopefully, I trust that our paths will somehow cross again! It’s been a slice! My one regret is that I didn’t get the opportunity to thank you in person. I am very grateful to everyone! I guess this just means I must soldier on catering and cooking for my personal clients!

Here's a fabulous deconstructed Nicoise platter that was simply too pretty to not share. It featured the absolutely tastiest vinaigrette I've ever had! A total yum of a meal!

These (Potato ("varskieciai") are absolutely delicious and so easy to make. It's a glorious comfort food with the root recipe from Lithuania.
