A lot of people have started golfing this season, as many other activities are still closed. However, after being stuck indoors during COVID, golfing may be a little more challenging for your body than you think. Walking 18 holes right of the bat might not be a great idea. Start with 9 holes for your first few games. If you really want to do 18 holes, maybe walk the first 9 and drive the rest.
