Let’s end off this roller coaster of a year with some very awesome news. The plate that you are looking at is the newest addition to our growing fleet. This plate will soon belong to our brand new custom built food truck. With 2 food trucks we will be able to bring our amazing southern style bbq to more people at once. Stay tuned for more details in the new year. If you can’t wait, then come on out to Buffalo Pound Provincial Park this Saturday (January 2nd) from 11-2. We will be on location. We took advantage of this amazing meal special tonight from our good friends at Legacy Catering and Services Ltd. I tell you what, never a disappointment. Well after a nice little quiet Christmas break we are loading up the food truck for Saturday. Come on out and see what Buffalo Pound Provincial Park has to offer. There’s fat tire bike rentals, ice fishing, tobogganing and so much more.

Spent a few minutes in the shop today working on this smoker. Thought I’d share a few pictures. Hinges and handle are on, door is cut out. This one will be for sale when I finish it. Wheels or no wheels? Who’s looking for a new smoker to add to their collection?

We would just like to take a moment on this crisp thanksgiving Sunday morning to reflect on the past year. We have lots to be thankful for, especially this year and how crazy it’s been. We would like to thank everyone for supporting us over the years and hope everyone continues to stay happy and healthy.

We are set up today Wholesale Club in Weyburn. 11-3. Swing on down for some of southern Saskatchewan’s best bbq and get your thanksgiving supplies stocked up while your here. This will be our last visit to Weyburn this year. Along with our regular menu we have brisket chili and Mexican corn salad. Also have our taco and andouille sausage in stock.

A nice Sunday afternoon to do a bit of baking for a few of the catering jobs we have in the next few days. That’s right we don’t just do the meat and sides, we can do the full meal for your catered event big or small we have you covered. Pictured here we have some long time family recipes. Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cookie sheet cake and pumpkin pie tarts.
