Our Adult Team responds to the needs of adults who experience mental and/or substance use issues in Halton. We offer support coordination, housing, peer support..., harm reduction, navigation, and distress/crisis support. Our supports include a Justice Team that specializes in supporting the unique needs of individuals that have mental health and/or substance use issues and are justice-involved.
