Shrove Tuesday - Pancake Tuesday - Fat Tuesday ...whichever you're celebrating today, I'm sure pancakes are on the menu! Here are two of my favourite pancake recipes that utilize the delicious FeelFit Pea Protein shake - any flavour can be used! Keep in mind - these pancakes are much more dense and filling than a regular pancake, so make accordingly (unless you want a ton of leftovers).... Did you know the health of your gut affects ALL aspects of your life and body? After a six month March Break they are back to school. What a whirlwind of emotion these last few weeks, leading up to today - but the excitement and joy in their eyes as we got ready and packed their bags seemed to melt most of it away. That walk to school will be a very memorable one. And the biggest smiles I have ever seen, are etched in my memory, as they started to see teachers and friends.... Let’s never forget how smart, strong, and resilient our kids are. Not to mention the amazing educators that will ensure they stay safe. They’ve got this.
