So proud of the Hirkala Dressage team not only are they awesome riders but so much fun to share this journey. Thank you to Suzanne Wallace and the Vernon Ridi...ng Club for putting on a great show. Zoe and Carlos came home with arm fulls of loot winning the Gold Rising Stars Equitation Champion and the Gold Third level Champion. Kristin and Cindy broke the 70 barrier in their training level tests . Hannah and Quincy rode to a new personal best to get a 66 in their First level tests...in his second show ever . Dorit and Sandy rode beautifully and laid down some beautiful Third level tests. From our FEI crew...Karla and Coopster rode a beautiful PSG as did Jenna despite her being rather vocal during our test lol . Thrilled with my rides on Casper winning Gold First level Champion scoring two 73s. Southlands Dressage show...had so much fun spending it with my Hirkala Dressage peeps. As always we had a blast despite the sogginess of Saturday. All the horses were amazing with Zoe and Carlos bringing home the FEI Junior Championship and Casper and I the First Level Championship. Jenna was her amazing golden self and put down 2 great PSG tests and Kristin piloted Wren in her first show ever...so proud of Wren she handled everything so well. Kristin has done a great job bringing her along. Here are some photos from the weekend...we love our sport but also enjoy a good laugh. We will be back! @ Southlands Riding Club

Sooo who rocked their third level tests today at the Kelowna Riding Club show yesterday with scores of 67 and 72??? Yup this guy . It has been so cool to see him develop into a confident athlete. Dorit and Raul have been working so hard and it shows!! Big shout out to Ann and her awesome mare Akilah for also rocking their third level tests! Feel so grateful to get to work with such awesome people and their horses...thrilled to have you both as part of the Hirkala Dressage family. There is no silver bullet just grit, patience and hard work and it shows. Congrats ladies and thanks to the show organizers!
