Hidden splices, bare energized parts on contact with combustible materials, the list goes on. Currently in the process of gutting and rewiring the entire suite. This is why it's important to have properly licensed contractors do the work under permit and have it inspected.

Changed out old fluorescent lights for pot lights and LED valence trim.
