As Canadians, we have immense freedom to be proud of ou...r individual identities and ancestries and we have proven to the world that a country can be stronger not in spite of it's differences; but because of them.No matter what our religion are, where we were born, what is the colour our skin, or what language we speak- we are equal members of this great country. It was an honour for me to attend the Annual Multicultural Festival and BBQ organized by --Scarborough African Canadian Council. I had the opportunity to meet African Canadians originated from different corners of the globe and listened to their concerns regarding how our city is running. Thanks to Nicole, the president of the organization and rest of the council for officially endorsing me. Your faith and trust means a lot to me and I promise I will not let you down.
