John Dodds was a soda water manufacturer from the 1890’s into the early 1900’s. Believe his home and business was in Harpurhay. Pictured are some of the bottles he used and shipping crate.

Besides our Friday night dinner specials, our Legion is also serving daily lunches and dinners. See flyer below. NOTE: our Legion is responsible and can be held... accountable if we don't follow the Huron County Covid-19 stage 3 rules and we need your cooperation to follow them. You MUST wear a mask into our Legion, wear it to the bar get your drink and go to a table. You are allowed to remove your mask at the table while enjoying your food and drink. When going back up to the bar or washroom you MUST put your mask back on until you get back to your table. You MUST sign the Traceability log book, time of day, name, phone number, and address. These are not Legion made rules, but we have to enforce them or risk having our Legion shut down! Thank you for understanding and your cooperation.

Seaforth Legion 2020 Remembrance Day . Unfortunately this year with the Covid 19 protocols, our Remembrance day celebration will be much different. T...his is what will happen on November 11. 1. There will be NO parade from our Legion to the Cenotaph, No Piper band. 2. All the wreaths purchased will be pre-placed at the Cenotaph by members of our Legion Executive. 3. A small group of Legion Executives will meet at the Cenotaph for 11:00 am with a few invited guest for the Remembrance Day ceremony. 4. After the ceremony, our Legion will be open for people to come and celebrate. All of the Covid 19 Heath protocols must be followed when we are at the Legion. LEST WE FORGET

When you come to pick-up your delicious dinner at the Seaforth Legion Branch 156 don't forget to check out the historic displays on the lower level. Such a wonderful tribute to our local veterans.
