We designed and built these thermally broken steel hybrid doors. Mahogany stiles and rails with a steel frame on the exterior. This client had specific stipulations; angled frames, patinated hardware to match the existing, divided lights, ventilation locks, and interior stools. Here is a quick tour of a window set for a home in Woodville. Patinated brass hardware, ventilation locks, insulated glass units, weight and pulley balances, and double meeting rail seals. Faithfully reproduced, it looks 100 years old, but operates like a brand new window.

HWC manufactured three beautiful oak door units for the stunning Belvedere House in Belfountain. We profile matched the original doors, and using the custom knives built three fully assembled door systems. Two stain-grade units and 1 paint grade, with a reproduction storm integrated into the brick mould.
