Please understand that some product may be unavailable do to global shortages at any given time and substitutions may be required to fulfill your order. Adjustments to our current delivery policy have been made to better reflect the new reality of social distancing brought about by the COVID-19 Pandemic It is important that when placing an order that the information provided is correct and accurate. Incorrect or missing information will create delays, and additional fees may be charged. All orders are confirmed with the recipient prior to the day of delivery. This is to assure that they will be available to receive the order. We sometimes receive requests, by the recipient, to deliver on an alternative day and or address more suitable for their needs and we try to accommodate these requests to the best of our ability. We appreciate that people may be in self-isolation or simply uncomfortable opening their doors to a delivery person. If you have specific instructions with respect to delivery, please include those in your order. We have received requests to simply leave deliveries outside the door and once the delivery person has moved away from the door, the parcel can be brought into the home. Please check with your recipient prior to placing an order that delivery will be accepted. Hospitals, Personal Care Homes and Assistive Living Facilities have their own guidelines implemented. We will follow their instructions with respect to delivery access. Orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following workday unless otherwise arranged. Deliveries at specific times of the day, cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and stat holidays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. We will do our best to arrange international order deliveries and will advise you of any impediments.
