Grad 2020 Yearbook Distribution will be this Friday, September 18th from 12:30pm-2:30pm (closed before the buses arrive). Please come to the front of the school by the new basketball court where volunteers will be there to distribute yearbooks, leftover time capsules and/or baby photos. If any Grads are unavailable during this time on Friday, please have a family member or friend designated to pick up your items. At this time, due to Covid precautions, graduate students and adults should not be entering HJ Cody School. We hope that all items will be distributed on Friday. Thank you for your understanding.

Dear HJ Cody Students: Return Your Books Starting Friday With the 2019-2020 school year coming to a close, students will be able to return their textbooks and library materials starting this Friday June 19th.... We will have bins set up outside of our front doors for drop off between 8:30am and 3:30pm. If weather is not permitting, we will have our front doors open and the bins will be directly inside the main entrance. Drop off will also be available on Monday June 22nd and Tuesday June 23rd from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Due to the guidelines set out by our Chief Medical Officer, students will not be permitted past the entrance of our building and we ask that students drop off and leave in a safe manner. Please ensure you return all textbooks and library materials. If materials are not returned, all outstanding costs will be charged to student/parent financial accounts. Chromebook Return: School chromebooks that were provided to students and families will also need to be returned. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell and someone will come to the door to return your deposit and have you sign off on the contract that was signed when the chromebook was lent out. Please ensure the power cord is included. Final grades and comments will be available on Powerschool for parents and students on June 26th. Please log into your student/parent portal to view. Thank you for your patience and support this school year. We look forward to startup in September and more information will be communicated to you throughout the summer once the Government and Dr. Hinshaw provides us with that information.
