This weekend PREVOST is joining 24 Hours of Heroes for our second year in a row! Looking forward to getting sweaty and uncomfortable during these gruelling workouts in honour of fallen service members. Cette fin de semaine PREVOST participe au @24 Hours of Heroes pour la deuxième année consécutive! Nous avons hâte de transpirer fort et d'être inconfortables pendant ces exercices durs en hommage à nos soldats tombés en combat et nos travailleurs de première ligne! #TousEsemble pour les 24 heures de héros!

Many HMCS Prevost Sailors took part in small ceremonies in their local community to pay respects to our fallen and reflect on what it means to serve Canada. Members attended Ceremonies in London, St.Thomas, Port Stanley, Tillsonburg, Ilderton, Ingersoll, New Hamburg, Beachville and Forest this year.... Today, our hearts are heavy as we remember the service and sacrifice of Corporal Nathan Cirillo and Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent. On November 14th, we will be joining 24 Hours of Heroes for their virtual workout event in support of Wounded Warriors Canada and National Service Dogs, kicking off with their first workout dedicated to Corporal Cirillo. Aujourd’hui, nos cœurs sont accablés par le service et le sacrifice du Caporal Nathan Cirillo et Adjudant Patrice Vincent.... Le 14 novembre, nous joindrons à 24 Hours of Heroes pour leur séance d’entraînement virtuelle à l’appui de Wounded Warriors Canada et de National Service Dogs, qui débutera par leur première séance d’entraînement dédiée au Caporal Cirillo.
