Around 200 yards of material was dug out for this studio, garden bed, deck and patio (deck and patio are phase 2). Concrete foundation was built and poured by us, and framing was completed by Redwood Construction. Studio is 16’ x 24’ with a half bath. Digging was done by our fantastic operator Serena Magnus-Bohn.

Drainage is a very important part of the health of your home. With Fall right around the corner, it’s necessary to have a proper working system to keep the water out of your home. The picture on the right has Delta drain (dimpling) installed against the concrete wall. Delta drain is an extra protection for your foundation, creating an air pocket, to help keep water away from the concrete. #drainagesystem
