Ramen Hojo’s way Hojo’s uses only the finest high quality ingredients in making our Ramen. Our noodles are homemade and made fresh daily to ensure you, our guests, can enjoy the best Ramen on PEI. Our broth is made using water and pork / chicken meat & bones. We never use MSG in the preparation of our broth. Our ramen is prepared gently over time to ensure all the flavours have combined together to provide a truly satisfying taste.

Hojo's Japanese Cuisine will be closed in lunch time on Thursday October 1st for general inventory taking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our lunch guests. We will open at 4:30PM on 1st October for our regular dinner service.

New Hour of Operation Hojo's Japanese Cuisine announces new hours of operation and expanded lunch time menu offerings including Sushi and Appetizer! Beginning Tuesday, 15th of September, our hours of operation will be as follows. Tuesdays to Fridays... Lunch 12:00 PM to 1:30PM Dinner 4:30PM to 8:30PM Saturdays Lunch 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM Dinner 4:30PM to 8:30PM Sundays & Mondays. Closed Lunch service will of course still offer our ever popular Lunch Ramen and new lunch items for you to enjoy. In order for our guests to enjoy our sushi at lunch time, we will be offering half-size rolls of our most popular sushi to allow our guests to sample a greater variety of what we offer. Why not try a half sushi roll with your ramen for lunch! Dinner service will offer our full menu with all of your favourites. So remember, beginning Tuesday, 15th of September our hours will be changing and our lunch time menus expanding.

Free Delivery For Online Frozen Ramen Orders! Hojo"s Japanese Cuisine is offering free delivery for all online Frozen Ramen orders. Please place your orders at https://hojosjapanese.com/ Minimum order of $30.00.... This special offer is for postal codes C1A, C1C inclusive, and parts of C1E, C1B only. Please see the attached map. Orders placed from Sunday to Saturday will be delivered to your door on Mondays if you so choose. Please put your address, including your postal code in the note section of the online order form when placing your order . We will e-mail your Monday's delivery time on Sunday. If you are not available at the time of delivery, please let us know. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please come to the restaurant to pick your order up.
