As the world adjusts to new travel norms and expectations, we’re enhancing the experience for our hotel guests by redefining cleanliness and supporting wellbeing throughout our hotel. We are expanding our commitment to cleanliness by using new science-led protocols and cleaning service measures and launched a global IHG Clean Promise program. We've also appointed Clean Champions at our hotel to continue building the culture of clean instilled in all IHG hotels around the world. Our Clean Champions will focus on guests and colleagues as they navigate the new hotel environment and help to consistently deliver these elevated cleanliness standards.

We understand the important responsibility that we have to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests as they begin to travel again and also our most our important asset - our devoted cast members. At the Holiday Inn Saskatoon Downtown, we’ve adopted heightened protocols around disinfecting, deep cleaning, sanitizing to ensure a safe environment for everyone who passes through our doors. We’ve recently implemented the process of disinfecting with electrostatic sprayers ...fuelled with EPA-registered hospital grade disinfectant that is non toxic and NSF-certified to 100% sanitize and disinfect all surfaces throughout the hotel. We’ve expanded our use of black light inspections into our common areas, meeting spaces and food service facilities to ensure all high touch surfaces are thoroughly disinfected. We’ve also integrated the daily use of ionic air purifiers to eliminate the occurrence of airborne bacterial and viral particulates in all closed spaces such as our guest rooms, public restrooms, fitness centre and meeting spaces.
