Practice, practice and more practice until it becomes like second nature. While this may seem amateur to some, I am super proud of this progress. My crow is coming along as I’m now able to bring my knees closer inside the arm/armpit vs. on the outer side of my thighs. I couldn’t do tripod before, and I could only do headstands with my hands supporting the back of my head. This is huge for me!! Transitioning to tripod could be smoother, so guess I have some work to do! #yoganewbie
