Most people think of yoga and think they have to do the pose on the Left to join a practice... Excuse me, have you seen my body!?!? Hahaha I think when I first got into Yoga, I thought that too. It scared me away and I lost time on my mat, with my body, out of my mind, and deep within my soul- ... Our classes can be challenging but yet the lowest modification or alternatives pose is always offered. Come be where you are at! I think you will be surprised
