One year ago, I set the intention to launch my website/blog. I started the process but did not follow through. I doubted my abilities and my self worth. I questioned my goals and visions. I resisted the process. I was not in my flow state. Anaïs Nin said, We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are. I was not focussed and did not have present moment awareness. The flow state is the path of least resistance. Operating from present moment awareness. Flow is the o...pposite of control. Flow is a natural form of being adaptable. The further we are from experiencing an inner bliss state, the less flow we typically have in life During this mornings @wanderlustfest meditation, @lightwatkins asked, which opportunities can you take on knowing that no matter what happens, in the end it was never about reaching the goal instead the goal was to be fully engaged in the journey? It hit me, that I wasn’t meant to launch my website last year. This past year, I allowed myself to surrender and fully engage in the journey. From travelling to connecting with my spirits, I was fully engaged, fully present, fully aware. This process, this journey.. I was in my flow state. One year later, I am in flow and I am excited to announce that I am ready to launch my website.. this Sunday, on my Birthday! I am so excited to finally share my words, my vision with you all!
