A disease process is already such a negative process, so why throw more negativity at it? ___ Think of it like this: - If you had a large fire that you wanted to put out, would you add more heat, or add the opposite, water? ... - If you had a flood in your basement, would you add more water, or would you do the opposite, and drain the water? - If you had a big hole in your roof, would you take more roof away, or would you add more material to fix the hole? ___ In all of these cases, you would most obviously do the opposite of the current state, so wouldn’t it make sense to do the same in a disease process? ___ Listen, I totally understand that having a disease can be quite a grim reality to face! But adding more negativity to the process will only feed the disease! ___ We know that under chronic stress, the body turns to chaos! Inflammation is high, digestion is weak, immune functioning is suppressed, thyroid functioning is suppressed, sleep becomes poor, and our mood turns to rot! ___ All of this can be brought on by continual negativity, which only benefits a disease process! ___ So don’t ya see, POSITIVITY IS THE ONLY WAY! . . . . .
