Enjoying my art class and getting back to creative expression more and more! Such great therapy and a great way to practice meditation. Even if your story is I could never do that or I can’t draw or I’m not artistic/creative, just try. Make shapes, be easy about it, notice when you begin to criticize yourself and instead just try to have fun (make a game of it if you can like draw with your eyes closed and then try to just see what you see!). Creativity connects you t...o your Greatest and Highest Self. And it doesn’t have to be art. Play music, craft, make a vision board, bake, cook, whatever! Just create! Come home my love, your Soul is calling you.

We bought a van! Meet Kika (misspelled but in Italian (chicca) means little sweet/treat) We were disappointed to cancel our Europe plans for this summer, but instead of succumbing to despair, we decided to pivot and focus on what we COULD do. So we invested in a campervan so we can still travel around a bit and get out of the city still! How dope is this babe!? ...
