Holland Homes is looking to hire a Site Technician for our various sites within the Durham Region area. If you pose a desire for year round work in a dynamic environment with great benefits than this may be the position for you. Duties and Responsibilities: - General construction duties as required for residential projects. - Duties also include accurate and on-time completion of paperwork, loading/unloading materials, and equipment, job site clean-up, and various maintenanc...e tasks as needed. - Detail-oriented and able to communicate easily with your team and your site supervisor. - Ability to work in different environmental conditions (indoors/ outdoors, hot/ cold) - Must be comfortable working at heights and tight spaces Preparing houses for Pre- Delivery Inspections. - Completing Warranty and Service Work. - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work Mon-Fri (occasional weekends) Requirements: - 2+ years of experience working in the construction industry. - A valid driver's license and have a clean driving record is an asset. - Must have steel Toe safety shoes (CSA Approved) - Knowledge of Tarion Warranty is an asset. *Benefits: (Included after 6 months) *Highly competitive wages *Provides employees with the opportunity to obtain new certifications and safety tickets.
