Hi , I’m Holly Marr, I’m the owner and RMT of Holly Marr RMT located in Aylmer On. I’m asking you to please continue to support all of Aylmer’s local businesses, please continue to shop our Main Street, grab lunch at the sub shop or restaurants, take out from down town. If our own town cannot support us, how can we ask others to come see the beauty and opportunity this town provides. ... I’m sad about the poor publicity our town has received lately, and poor reputation it has been given as unsafe. As a local small business I promise we are doing EVERYTHING we can to keep you safe, and our community safe, increased cleaning, mandatory masks, social distancing , we’re doing it all to keep you and our families safe. Please help keep our community thriving!

With the new increase of cases in our area I will be taking extra precautions above what I’ve already been taking including, a more advanced pre screen as well as asking clients to wear a surgical mask provided (free) by Holly Marr RMT, Due to being in close contact for an extended period of time. Please be aware pre screening question will include but are not limited to : any test results you’ve received past or present, in contact with any possibly or positive Covid-19 cas...es past or present. Have you been in a gathering of 50 people of more indoor or outdoor ie wedding, church service, family bbq etc any travel outside of Ontario within the last 14 days, or in contact with someone who has travelled or is from somewhere out of Ontario within the last 14days. If you are uncomfortable with these types of questions or would be answering yes to them please contact me prior to your scheduled appointment to rebook for a later date. We are in this together, let’s be part of the solution!

We do a lot of laundry here @wholenessspa , the washer are dryer are always going, and the folding always has to get caught up on It’s part of our day and part of our grind, but brings a sense of accomplishment, what have you done today that’s making you feel accomplished? It could be something little like drinking coffee before the rest of your home gets up, or it could be tackling four loads of laundry!

Missing my clients and work! Here’s a sunny summer reminder though! Breaks Shade... Water Stay Cool Sunscreen Enjoy the the slower time’s this all too will pass!

I’m waiting, just waiting for the day I can open my doors again! That being said I know there will be new extensive PPE I will have to wear, and yes possibly you my client, and I’m looking at the best way to keep us all safe yet be environmentally and cost cautions. If I wore a medical grade mask and homemade mask, (thinking comfort and protection) would you my clients be comfortable with homemade masks I provide you with (that are obviously washed and cleaned) for each tre...atment? (If you have bring your own homemade mask that would be wonderful too) I do not know what the standards will be at this time, I’m just brainstorming for the future. Please give your opinion yet be mindful. I will be doing my very best to get everyone in as quickly as possible upon return, and will likely be working days only when I return, and then slowly move back into my days and evenings.

Thank you to all the nurses who are helping change lives everyday! Taking care of those who need extra care, in hospitals, on the road, nursing homes, and home care you all are amazing!

At this time I’ve decided to close my office until further notice ( we can flatten the curve and I can get back to work), as recommended by the College of Massage Therapist to cancel all Non-Essential Massage Therapy Treatment.

Wondering when you can book in next?! I see a Friday morning now open in April too! ** also as a regulated health profession I feel obligated to comment on how I prevent sharing sickness/cold/flu - hand washing before and after every client, new linens, and hand towels, washed lotion bottle between each client, (now you know why I run like crazy between clients ) also- I highly encourage you all to PLEASE cancel / reschedule any appointment if in the 72 hours prior to treatment you have any symptoms of a cold -fever,chills,cough,sore throat etc, thus please be symptom free for minimum 72 hours prior to coming to an appointment to protect myself, & my clients ** (if you are unsure please contact me)
