That was an unfortunate end to our Boxfx attendance challenge but we need to do what we can to get over this COVID hump. 3 weeks in..James Gordon had perfect attendance! He wins 5 free Boxfx classes and a little swag that he will get when we resume. We will restart the new year with a new attendance challenge. Stay tuned for details. Stay safe everyone and we will update you as things evolve or change.

Due to my day job being a bit of a zoo today..class is unfortunately cancelled tonight Nov 12 as I wont be out of work in time. So sorry. Christmas attendance challenge starts tuesday!!

Boxfx class re-starts with me tonight at 4:45pm!! Naturally fit. Please bring your boxing gloves, small towel and a water bottle. Can't wait!!!

Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the re-opening of Boxfx Classes at @ Naturally Fit. Join me at 4:45pm for 45 min head to toe workout. Please bring your own boxing gloves. Cant wait to see you all!!

It's almost time to grab your gloves and get back to burning calories and stress away with Boxfx. Classes RE-STARTING Tuesday June 16th at 4:45pm @ Naturally Fit. Classes tuesday and thursday 445-530pm. Class will be limited to 10 participants to start, to allow for social distancing and get our new groove back. We have cleaning procedures in place for your safety. Face masks are not mandatory but are welcome if you so desire. Participants MUST bring your own boxing glove...s and it is recommended you bring a small towel and a water bottle. As before..non-members $10/class, members $5/ class and unlimited members are covered under your unlimited plan. Shoot me a message if you have any questions .
