Holly's Pet Grooming

A sad post this morning.. Ranger crossed the Rainbow bridge last month I only had the privilege of grooming Ranger twice as he was a newer addition to the salon but it was enough time to see his wonderful personality shine through. He was such a wonderful dog to groom. He preferred to lay down when possible and when it came time to brush his belly he would lay to his side and lift his legs.. It always made me giggle. He was an incredibly sweet soul that left too soon. RIP Ranger

I'm heartbroken to say that Muffin has crossed the Rainbow Bridge This teeny tiny sweetie beat all odds and lived her best life. She was an absolute delight to groom and because of her size it always felt like I was grooming a puppy each time which is always therapeutical. Muffin loved to give cuddles especially after her spa days. She would always come in with her sister Honey and patiently waited her turn by laying down on a towel I put down for her next to the table. F...rom time to time she would reach her little paws up on my leg for a little attention and then lay back down. As you can see, Muffin was a photogenic pup and always cooperated for pictures.. It's hard to grasp that I won't get to see her anymore. I am so sorry for her Mom and Dad (and Honey) who were dedicated to giving her the quality of life and love that a fur baby deserves.. I have no doubt Muffin loves you for it Thank you for giving me those moments with her.. I feel blessed RIP sweet Muffin. See more

Effective immediately, those who do not provide 24 hours notice to cancel their appointments will be charged the full cost of their appointment. It's unfortunate that it has come to this but there has been an overwhelming amount of clients not showing up or canceling without providing enough notice. While I understand things come up and can empathize I am no longer able to accommodate these situations. Clients will be held accountable for their appointments. Please understand..., I am a small business that depends on the commission from my services so when a client doesn't show up or does not give me the 24 hours notice I require, I am out that money. I need time to get someone else booked in as there is not always a wait list of people to call. While it may not seem like a big loss of income to some, it adds up. I have sadly had just as many no shows and short notice cancellations since January of 2020 than all years combined since I opened in 2013. I ask clients not to schedule other appointments around their pets grooming.. It always results in a last minute cancellation or I'm forced to kennel a pet until a client is done which is not acceptable. If you know you can't make your next appointment call and reschedule as soon as possible and please be considerate of the policies in place. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. See more

Kato has been missing since April 1. If you have an information to his whereabouts please let his family know. At the very least please let them know he is safe... I ask all my clients to please share this post. Imagine it was your furbaby.. Social media is the best chance at finding a lost pet so please please share. Thanks everyone.

Unfortunately a few furbabies have crossed the rainbow bridge I am very late posting their tributes and I apologize to their families. Please know they were not forgotten about and are thought about often RIP sweet pups
