Hello my beauties I will be contacting you all very soon about appointments,please bare with me as I go through the list. In preparation here is my Action plan for moving forward, please give it a read. "You have many responsibilities as a solon professional, but none is more important than protecting your clients health and safety." "ACTION PLAN"... FOR HOLLY'S YOU-PHORIC DAY SPA Screening of clients upon booking the appointment and also 24hrs upon arrival will be sent a Covid-19 screening questionnaire and must answer no to all questions before being allowed to enter the spa. A log will be kept of every client and their response to the questionnaire every time they book and arrive to their appointments. If someone does contract Covid-19 all clients will be contacted and reported to public health for risk assessment and tracking. If I deem a client is not being forthright concerning the questionnaire, their appointment will be cancelled and logged. Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms. You will not be charged a cancellation fee. No outside food or drink will be permitted into the spa. Masks MUST be worn at all times while inside the spa. By both the service provider and the client. We will not supply masks to every client as that would be too costly considering how many clients we have. If you forget yours, we will have one available for a small fee. Sanitizing wipes will be available if the client chooses to use their phone during the appointment. Once inside the salon you will be required to sanitize your hands before and after your appointment. Hand sanitizer will be provided. One person per appointment only no friends will be permitted to attend your appointment with you. If someone is waiting for you, they must call you or wait outside in their vehicle for you. They are not permitted to come inside the spa. There will be no waiting room. Please only bring the items you absolutely need to your appointment, nothing extra. All appointments will be staggered. Please come on time; please do not come into the spa earlier than your set appointment time. We will need those few minutes between appointments to sanitize. We will notify you when you are able to access the salon via txt or by phone call. If this is not an option, we will come out and flag you in. The desk, chair, floor, bathroom, and implements will be completely cleaned, sanitized/disinfected and sterilized after every client. New linens will be laid out prior to ever client. Because we cannot maintain a 2m distance, The Aesthetician will be wearing a mask, shield and gloves. *All requirements are subject to change* Thank-you Holly O'Donnell
