The Women’s Advocacy Group is proud to host a conversation about unconscious bias. Join us as we welcome Guila Benchimol and Donna Ince for a discussion where we examine standards for creating safe, respectful, and equitable workplaces in the Jewish and corporate worlds. We will discuss how unconscious bias manifests itself, successes and failures in the area of diversity and inclusion (D&I), and the effect of the pandemic on D&I. We will specifically look at progress in the D vs. the I and speak about allyship. The panel will be moderated by Holy Blossom’s Jacque Friedland.
