Great answers from our colleague Reuben Saltzman in Minnesota. How do we inspect a roof in the winter when it is covered by snow? We don't, we can't. My recommendation is to do some due diligence and ask the homeowner some simple questions, like when was the roof done, do you have receipts, is there any installation warranty. The most common mistake people do, is thinking that the roof has a 25 year manufacturer's warranty. That is not the case. That is a lifetime expectation based on perfect installation and perfect weather conditions. That is barely ever the case.

At some point, you just have to stop adding switches and sub panels and just replace the panel. Especially the Pushmatic Panel. Electrical panels and systems Don't last for ever. They also need updating

No gutters+ no kick out flashing+ no maintenance= Extensive damage that is probably affecting the interior of the wall structure also. Not good, not good at all!!
