Toronto Regional Real Estate Board releases its July Resale Housing Stats and Updated Ipsos Polling Results on Consumer Buying and Selling Intentions Greater Toronto Area REALTORS reported 11,081 sales through the TRREB’s MLS System in July 2020. Post - Covid Real Estate Market is still Hot! The rebound for Toronto home prices continued in July, with the average selling price reaching a record $943,710. That’s a 16.9% increase compared to a year earlier, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB).
