Here is another one of my designs. This is a custom router table. I wanted to build something that was better quality then the store bought tables. I wanted one that would resist warping and have a larger work surface then other setups. This table can be made to accomodate any router table table plate. It is made with a malamine top surface with MDF bottom to ensure the top is flat and stable. The table is 33 inches wide and 20 inches deep giving a large work surface. The ta...ble has a standard mitre slot. The insert has 8 adjustable pins to ensure it is level with top. The fence is adjustable and has two adjustable rails to accomodate different router bits. The fence also has a t track alot for feather boards and other accessories. The table has a custom dust collection system built into the rolling cabinet. Router and dust collector are controlled by a switch on the side. Can be built into a cabinet or a base can be made. I also made custom push pads. See more

Here is my new custom work bench. (30" wide x 74" long x 36" tall) Bench is solidly built with hardwood. Includes a 2x4 butcher block style bench top, bench dog holes and a custom Moxon vise. The cabinets have two doors and two 9 inch drawers. Both cabinets can be removed easily to change up storage designs. The bench rolls on heavy duty castors. The bench is stained in chestnut coloured stain and protected with varathene top coat. Prior to staining, the legs and frame were lightly burned with a torch to give it a weathered look. The 3 inch thick table top is protected with 6 coats of varathene wood finish. I can build these to any desired dimension.

Things are progressing slowly thanks to the city of Regina and it’s back log of applications. Also waiting for my pst number. Once those are both attained, I will post an updated and list my services. Just have to be patient.
