Modern design but make it accessible

You might be dreaming of a new kitchen or bathroom this year, but before you call the contractor, ask yourself when the last time was you made updates to your h...ome’s exterior structure. You always want to renovate starting with the exterior, and then working your way inside. Why? Making sure the structure is sound from the outside will keep the elements away from the interior of your home. That means you’ll be protected against mould, moisture and rot. What’s the point of making the inside look nice if you haven’t properly protected it? If water creeps in, you could find that brand new kitchen you just had to have ends up in need of some serious repair.
