I can be a TAD #indecisive. Last summer I bought about a DOZEN matte black faucets because they were a #StealOfADeal - how could I not?! The plan was to use them in the #ModernFarmhouse, but throughout this build, they just WEREN’t giving me #AllTheFeels.... We did things a bit DIFFERENT on these builds! Through our #NewHomeWarranty provider we opted into the QA testing program. The PURPOSE of it is to hold builders to a #HigherStandard when it comes to the BUILDING ENVELOP and ensuring everything is AIR TIGHT, which means more #EnergyEfficient. After a variety of stages THROUGHOUT the build there are additional #inspections with a 3rd party. The INSPECTOR reviews the house with a #ThermalImagingGun to confirm there’s no H...EAT escaping anywhere. A BONUS is that if the build reaches a certain level of minimal air movement to the exterior, the house gets CERTIFIED and the home owner gets a pretty nice DISCOUNT on their #HomeInsurance!
